Starting his career within the regulatory arena managing counterparty risk across debt and equity instruments, he has been in the investment banking industry for over 20 years working in London, Dublin and Frankfurt, and now based in Johannesburg. Beginning with building desktop models to remove manual risk and time inefficiencies, he moved on to building a CDO Administration system for Deutsche Bank modelling many cash and synthetic transactions. Llewellyn is responsible for the development and execution of the overall business strategy, and is a big believer in the role that culture plays in the success of this.

Co-Founder and Head of Vision, United Kingdom

With over 25 years experience, Tim’s background in securitisation began with modelling some of the first European CLOs at JPMorgan before joining the EMEA Analytics group within the transaction banking division of Deutsche Bank. Since founding StructureIt in 2006 with Llewellyn, his focus has been on building StructureIt’s portfolio of fintech software and data services. Tim is responsible for the direction of our product vision and the key client relationships that support it.

Stuart has been in the financial software industry for over 20 years, spending most of his time developing securitisation solutions. Before joining StructureIt in 2006, he led large development teams on middle- and back-office projects in the FX, money market and risk management areas. He has designed and co-developed several of our products, working closely with clients and partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Itay has been in the software industry for over 15 years, leading development teams and architecting software solutions. Before joining StructureIt in 2011, Itay worked in various fields including GIS, backup and synchronization solutions, gaming and social networks. Since joining StructureIt, Itay has developed and architected several products in the securitisation field. From 2015 he has lead a big data platform development and advanced analytics technology engineering project.

Cath started her career in the field of energy and financial risk management software, specialising in credit risk management across both banking and trading products. Having worked in global sales and presales, she went into running the credit and ALM risk management software lines for IBM. In 2018, Cath joined StructureIt to help manage and grow key client relationships

Head of Business Development, New York

Bram joined StructureIt in 2018 to help manage the company’s growing product line and North American operations. He began his career in the futures trading pits in New York before moving on to nearly two decades of managing content and products for some of the industry’s largest and most trusted capital markets data vendors. Over the years he has focused on debt, fixed-income and asset-backed securities, working in New York and Hong Kong.

Stuart has wide-ranging experience in building enterprise level software. Starting his career as a developer, he has also worked in systems analysis, solutions architecture, business consulting and pre-sales roles. From 2007 he has focused on project management and leading global development, implementation and support teams. Stuart joined StructureIt in 2018 to focus on project delivery and client relationship management.

Josh, a self professed excel nerd, has been working in the accounting and finance industry for 10 years with exposure ranging from audit, financial system design and testing to financial management and financial modelling. Josh joined StructureIt in 2018 to centralise all accounting functions, to provide control and oversight over the Finance Function, ensure efficient allocation of capital and to provide access to key management information in a highly consumable manner. Josh is responsible for the operational, financial, risk and compliance aspects of the business.

Head of Data, Mauritius

Starting his career in the accounting field, Prakash developed a keen interest in operations management, joining StructureIt to set up and run the Mauritius office. His passion for learning new things helped him quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in data analytics and securitisation, building a strong and highly competent team focused on exceptional data quality. Prakash is responsible for the execution of the data strategy.

Lead R&D Engineer, New Zealand

Matthew has worked in the financial sector for over 20 years, covering areas from stock reconciliations and swap confirmations through to CLO monitoring and modelling solutions. Learning software development on the job at institutions such as Deutsche Bank, he has developed knowledge of both the industry and technology. As well as being a software developer, his duties include overseeing the day-to-day running of the New Zealand office.
